FWS Vino Rouge is a colt with exceptional paces. He has huge extension in the trot and a marvellous canter. Both his mother and father are young guns but they both are very talented and from famous families and will be big names of the future.
His sire, Rock n Roll Ter Putte is a 4 yo by one of the world’s best stallions, Diamant de Semilly, from one of the world’s best damlines. He is a full brother to 1.60 horses Elvis Ter Putte and Favourite Ask who themselves have produced several top horses. He is at stud and is in training at Greg Broderick’s, Ballypatrick Stables and he shows the talents and traits of the many top horses in his family. His first crop of foals also looks very exciting.
His dam, Vino Bianco Van Overis is a beautiful 5 yo daughter of Vingino. Already a winner of the Horse Sport Ireland 3yo Loosejumping Championships at Warrington Equestrian, the Irish Breeders Classic 4yo round 1 and placed 2nd in the 5yo Championship at Portmore this season. She is in training in Greg Broderick’s Ballypatrick Stable and she is a well-respected talent. She is a sister to 1.45 jumper, Kilimanjaro van Overis and her dam is a sister to 5 Grand Prix horses.
