Boleybawn Layla is a pretty filly with a fantastic pedigree. She is active and well balanced and looks a perfect type for jumping and breeding. Both her motherline and fatherline are littered with 1.60 jumpers.
Her sire, Rock n Roll Ter Putte is a 4 yo by one of the world’s best stallions, Diamant de Semilly, from one of the world’s best damlines. He is a full brother to 1.60 horses Elvis Ter Putte and Favourite Ask who themselves have produced several top horses. He is at stud and is in training at Greg Broderick’s, Ballypatrick Stables and he shows the talents and traits of the many top horses in his family. His first crop of foals also looks very exciting.
Her dam, In Style VK, is a young mare that is extremely well related and is already producing jumpers of high talent. Her granddam is a full sister of the world famous Ratina Z, a winner of more championship gold medals than any other horse in history. She is a maternal sister to 5 Grand Prix horses including Dino W, a 1.60 horse and prolific winner for Bertram Allen. Also the 1.60 horse and winner; Van Dutch. In Style VK’s sister Charlotte Z bred a foal that sold for €30,000 at the recent Flanders Foal Auction. In Styles first 2 progeny are 2 and 3yo by Eldorado and Dominator and are showing a lot of talent loose jumping.
